Nomad is a whisky from a new category to the whisky market. Distilled and aged in Scotland and finished in Spain.
Nomad Outland Whisky is a lovely bright, topaz coloured whisky that has been born from a collaboration between Gonzalez Byass and renowned master whisky distiller Richard Paterson.
26 different malts and 6 different grains are expertly blended together in Scotland, resulting in enticing aromas with a malty fragrance that is reminiscent of both oak and Sherry due to the ageing process in American oak barrels.
Once ready the whisky is then transported to the Gonzalez Byass Bodega in Jerez, where it is further aged in Pedro Ximinez Sherry barrels.
The unique Spanish conditions result in a whisky that is both smooth and elegant on the palate, with prominent flavours of plump raisins and honey and a truly distinctive bouquet.
