Mezcal miniature (with worm) - 5cl
Lazita Mezcal Miniatures
To produce Mezcal the process consists of five steps, the culture of the plant, cooking in a lined covered hole in the ground or clay oven, pounding, fermenting, and distilling.
The fermented liquid is distilled through a double copper, coming over at between 43% to 46% , it is then watered down with de-ionised water to 40%.
The mezcal is then left to mature for a minimum of 3 months to over a year (as in the case of Mezcal Lajita).
