Port Wine Miniatures

Rozes Tawny Port miniature is a 5cl serving of a wine creation from Porto Rozes, winemakers based in the Porto and Douro regions of Portugal. It is a well-balanced, smoothly structured red wine expressed at 20% ABV. Rozes Tawny 5cl bottles are categorised as Port Sherry. This particular wine is the result of blending select wines taken from different harvests then, it is made to undergo maturation in oak casks for more than three years.

The dark, opaque bottle shields the amber-coloured wine from sight, and also effectively protects it from degradation due to sun exposure. Rozes Tawny Porto miniatures are characterised to have an aroma and taste that is bursting with fruits, with strawberries showing prominently from the nose to the palate. The finish allows the fruitiness to gradually fade to the taste of aged raisins. This wine’s tasting profile which is described as elegant and complex yet with a marked freshness matches its Bordeaux upbringings.
