Edgerton Pink Gin

The critically acclaimed Edgerton Pink Gin just recently received a most welcome facelift. Each bottle is now presented with a higher concentration of alcohol, 43% ABV expression, to be exact. That takes the spike significantly more intense, and more appropriate for use as the spirit base of Edgerton Pink Gin cocktails.

For entertaining at home, have an Edgerton Pink Gin garnish ready. Strawberries remain to be the top recommendation, most especially if you’re planning to add Edgerton Gin to add some more spike to a low alcohol content bubbly. Mint leaves or a wedge of lime will do the trick for other popular cocktail mixes like mojito or a classic serving of G&T.

Despite the jump in alcohol concentration, the Edgerton Original Pink Gin continues to embody its classic dry gin recipe that comes with a juniper-forward flavour. Its depth of character and complexity is attributed to the infusion of 15 botanicals which, aside from juniper, also include coriander and fennel. These ingredients give this gin a lovely blend of citrus and sweetness, while also adding to its floral bouquet which greets the nose immediately as you open the bottle.
