The prrocess of making this drink involves a number of steps including harvesting the agave plant, cooking, extraction, fermentation, distillation, aging and bottling.Tequila comes in a variety of ages, from the Blanco (unaged), Reposado (rested), Anejo(Aged) to the Extra Anejo which is aged for a longer period.
