This sparkling Spumante wine is a real innovative cuvée obtained from 100% Pinot Noir grapes which have been harvested by hand, in small wicker baskets and then vinified within two or three hours after picking. After picking the grapes are pressed very softly which provides a very limited amount of juice which gives this wine its characteristic rosy hue. The wine is remarkably soft, fresh and lively with aromas of golden apples and wild red berries.
