Bombay Sapphire Gin
Bombay Sapphire Gin was first produced in 1987 and is named as such due to Gin's popularity during the British rule of the Indian subcontinent. Bombay Sapphire is made from ten ingredients; almond, lemon peel, liquorice, juniper berries, orris root, angelica, coriander, cassia, cubeb and grains of paradise. In a similar fashion to Hendrick's gin, Bombay Sapphire is made using a Carter-Head Still. Serve chilled with tonic over ice.
