What you’ll need:
For the crepes:
1 cup, sifted self-raising flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 large egg

100ml cream

Combine the first three ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in the center. Crack the egg and drop at the center. Whisk the ingredients together. Set aside.
Heat a saucepan filled with water. Once boiling, place the bowl filled with chocolate pieces inside. Wait for the chocolate to melt. Then, add the cream. Combine the ingredients well with spatula. Take the sauce out of the pan. Set aside. Perform the same technique to warm the Mrs Bridges Raspberry Preserve.
Spray oil on the surface of a frying pan placed over high heat. Drop batter then quickly spread to make a thin layer. Make the crepes one at a time.

4 sea bass fillets

4 spring onions, finely chopped
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
Prepare the marinade by combining all ingredients together except for the fish. Set aside some garlic and onions. Stir everything together then spread over the fillets. Make sure all sides are well coated. Marinade for at least 1 hour and place inside the fridge.
Wrap in foil to grill or to bake in the oven. Once cooked, top with the remaining garlic and onions before serving.

1 kg chicken drumsticks

3 tbsp soy sauce
5 tbsp Mrs Bridges Ginger Preserve
3 cloves of garlic, crushed and
2 tsp dried chili flakes
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Celsius. Set the chicken in an ovenproof pan. Set aside.
Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Pour over the chicken. Then, bake for 35 minutes.
Top with the remaining ingredients and serve.
5. Mrs Bridges Orange Marmalade - Smoked Duck Salad with Candied Walnuts and Honey Orange Dressing.

What you’ll need:
200g smoked duck breast, sliced
Mixed salad leaves
2 large oranges, cut into segments
For the honeyed walnuts:
80g walnuts, chopped roughly
3tbsp honey
1 tsp cayenne pepper

For the dressing:
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
½ orange, juice and zest
2 tbsp Mrs Bridges Orange Marmalade with honey
Salt and pepper for seasoning
Start by making the honeyed walnuts. Scatter the chopped walnuts on a tray. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl then pour over the walnuts. Bake until caramelized.
Next, make the dressing. Add all the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
In a salad bowl, place the salad leaves, followed by duck slices, and then the oranges. Pour over the dressing. Top with caramelized almonds.
