
4 Delicious Cocktails To Try This Spring
It’s that time of the year again when the sun is bright, the weather is warm and the flowers are in full bloom. Slip into the perfect spring mood with our handpicked selection of easy-to-make refreshing floral cocktails.
1. Edgerton Pink Smash
- 1/4 Cup Edgerton Pink Gin
- 2 Lime Wedges
- 2x 1 Inch Cucumber
- 1 Hulled Strawberry
- 1 Tbsp Simple Syrup
- 5 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- Crushed ice
- Strawberry for garnish
Method:
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime wedges, cucumber, strawberry, simple syrup and balsamic. Add in Edgerton Pink Gin & mix. Pour into a glass that is half full of crushed ice. Stir, add more ice and garnish. Enjoy the cocktail.
2. Jim Beam Spring Breeze
Ingredients:
- 1.5 Part Jim Beam Bourbon
- 0.75 Part Pineapple Juice
- 0.75 Part Raspberry Syrup
- 0.5 Part Peach Liqueur
- 0.5 Part Lemon Juice
Method:
Shake all the ingredients and serve up in a coupe glass.
3. Grey Goose Beach Bum
Ingredients:
- 2 Ounces Grey Goose La Poire
- 0.5 Part Cointreau
- 0.5 Part Maraschino Liqueur
- 1 Part Fresh Lime Juice
- Crushed Ice
- Dash of Grenadine
- Fresh Mint
Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients.Shake well and strain into rocks glass filled with crushed ice.Top with grenadine and garnish with fresh mint.
4. Malibu Pineapple
Ingredients:
- 1 Part Malibu Original
- 2 parts PineappleJuice
- Lime or Pineapple Wedge
- Ice
Method:
Shake all the ingredients and serve up in a highball glass.
