Here are the answers to many of the questions that we get asked regularly:
Delivery is calculated based on the weight of what you are ordering and where you would like your order shipped to. You can view our full shipping information and tariff by clicking on this link. Alternatively, you can add your required products into your shopping cart and click on the ‘calculate shipping’ button which will tell you how much we will charge you for delivery.
This depends on which shipping method you chose when you checked out. If you chose the standard postal service and the item does not fit through your letterbox, the postman will most likely take your parcel to your local post office or sorting office. If you chose the courier service, the driver may leave your parcel with a neighbour or it may be taken to your local post office. In either case, the driver should put a card through your letterbox telling you what he has done with your parcel.
If the product is shown with a gift box or gift tube, the product is sold with the box / tube. If for any reason, the box / tube is not available, there will be a message within the product details stating this.
In many cases, yes you can. If we have not yet shipped your order, please telephone us on one of the numbers detailed on our Contact Us page and we will be able to assist you.
At this time, we do not ship outside of the UK.
Just Miniatures is an online business and therefore our entire catalogue can be found online. We do not publish a printed (paper) catalogue.
Technically yes you can. If you are local to Hadleigh and wish to collect your order, you may arrange to do so by contacting us using one of the methods on our Contact Us page. You must pay for your order prior to collection and whilst we are not open to the public, we are more than happy to carry your parcel to your car.
If you no longer require your order, you may return it within 7 days. Simply let us know using one of the methods detailed on our Contact Us page and we will arrange for it to be collected. A refund will be issued once we have safe receipt of the consignment.
If your parcel is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible using one of the methods detailed on our Contact Us page. We will organise for your damaged consignment (or part thereof) to be collected and a fresh consignment to be shipped.
In many cases the answer is yes! We urge you to telephone us on one of the numbers detailed on our Contact Us page and if your required products are in stock, we may well be able to deliver the same day or the following day (subject to carriage charges).
Whilst we do get it right most of the time, there are occasions when something goes wrong. If this is the case, please let us know by contacting us using one of the methods detailed on our Contact Us page. We will ask you for the details of the problem and tell you how we can help.
Certain personalised label designs include a photo that we require emailing / sending to us. Please email it to email@example.com with your order number in the subject line. If you only have a hard (printed) version and are happy to send it to is, please use our postal address as detailed on our Contact Us page. We will return the photo with your order.
Unfortunately, we are not able to personalise any of the branded products that we sell (e.g. Jack Daniels, Baileys etc). but we do supply a number of assorted personalised products each containing a quality drink. These items start life in an unlabelled bottle. The current list is Single Malt Whisky, Blended Whisky, Vodka, Gin, Dark Rum, Brandy, Red Wine, White Wine, Rosé Wine.
For customers wishing to buy a branded item, there are two other possible solutions… We sell a small gift box [link] into which any of our standard size miniatures fit. This gift box comes in a choice of colours (black, blue, copper, ivory, old gold, pink, platinum silver, snow white) and we can laser etch a design (including wording and / or a logo) onto the lid of the box. The second option are our laser etched neck tags which come in the same colours as the gift boxes mentioned above. Once again, we can etch wording and / or a logo. Contact Us [link] for details.
Yes you can design your own artwork but we recommend that you get in touch with us first using our Contact Us details so that we can send you our guidelines.

We are very sorry but unless there is a problem with the order we are unable to accept the return of personalised items.
You can cancel a personalised item only before the items have been produced.
If you require a proof of the label design, please specify so using the special instructions box during checkout.
