La Fee Absinthe is a distilled highly alcoholic anise-flavored spirit which is derived from herbs including the fundamental ingredient: grand wormwood (Artemisia absinthium). 

Traditionally green in colour but it turns to a cloudy, opalescent milky green (know as the louche) when mixed with water, Absinthe is historically referred to as ‘The Green Fairy’.
